When will showtimes for this weekend be online?
We set our weekly screening schedule on Monday, and showtimes for the coming week/weekend will be available starting Monday afternoon. For screenings with advance ticket sales, showtimes for the opening weekend will be on our website on the approved “tickets on sale” date, usually a few weeks before the first showing.
I would like to refund or exchange my tickets. What should I do?

I did not receive my confirmation email. How can I get a copy?
Please check your spam and promotions folders in your email account. You may also add our email address (tickets@skylightcinemas.com) to your safe senders list to ensure that you receive all future booking emails. If you cannot locate the confirmation email, please email us at info@skylightcinemas.com. The email address may have been entered incorrectly at the time of booking, and we can correct the email address in our system and re-send the email if needed.
Can I book a private screening, birthday party, or host a company event at Skylight Cinema?
Yes, Skylight Cinema offers space rental options for all types of events! Check out our Space Rentals page HERE for more information on our available dates and spaces, and submit a rental inquiry if you don’t see the dates/times you want.
How can I purchase gift cards for Skylight Cinema?
We currently sell two types of gift cards: one type redeemable for movie tickets, and one type redeemable for food and beverages. Both types may only be purchased in person at Skylight Cinema. We expect to offer online gift card sales someday soon!
What are the age restrictions for ticketing and attendance at Skylight Cinema?
- Child tickets are available to guests ages 2-12.
- Senior tickets are available to guests ages 60 and older.
- Guests under age 25 will be asked to show ID for admission to R-rated movies.
- Regardless of film rating, guests 16 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
How do I request a donation from Skylight Cinema?
If you would like to request a donation on behalf of a nonprofit organization, please contact us at info@skylightcinemas.com, and don’t forget to include information about the organization and your contact info. We would absolutely love to provide donations to every organization that contacts us, but given the large number of requests that we receive, we have set some limits. That being said, please don’t hesitate to ask, and we will let you know if we have anything available. Requests are reviewed for consideration on a first-come, first-served basis, considering timeline, items requested, and our budget.
