Need to request a refund or exchange for your movie ticket or event booking?

Refunds and Exchanges for Tickets Purchased through skylightcinemas.com or at Our Box Office

  • Ticket refunds and exchanges may be requested via email or in person. Please email us at info@skylightcinemas.com, or stop by our box office for help – we open for business one hour before movie times start each day.
  • All ticket refunds and exchanges must be requested no later than 9:00 am (Central) on the date of the ticketed movie showtime.
  • Please note that tickets for some movie and limited screenings are NON-REFUNDABLE. Be sure to review the ticketing terms for your event carefully prior to booking.
  • When contacting us to request a refund or exchange, please provide your name, phone number, booking ID, and movie date/time so that we may contact you to complete the transaction.
  • Online booking fees will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be made to the same payment method as the original purchase. Please be advised that credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to post to your account.

Refunds for Tickets Purchased through Fandango or Other Third-Party Ticketing Sites

If you purchased your tickets through Fandango (or another third-party ticketing site), your purchase will be subject to their refund terms and conditions. Please contact them directly to request your refund.


Refunds for Space Rentals

Purchases for Space Rentals hosted at Skylight are NON-REFUNDABLE. If your plans change after you’ve booked an event, please contact your event planner or email us at info@skylightcinemas.com as soon as possible, and we will assist you with rescheduling or modifying your event plan. Keep in mind that the full value of the food and beverage minimum gift card you purchased with your reservation (sent in your booking confirmation email) is available to you for purchasing food and beverage for a rescheduled event, or during a future visit to Skylight Cinema.


Refunds for Special Events (with F&B Minimum)

If you have booked seats at one of our upcoming Special Events (by purchasing a food and beverage gift card), your purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the full value of the food and beverage minimum gift card you purchased with your reservation (sent in your booking confirmation email) is available to you for purchasing food and beverage during a future visit to Skylight Cinema.
